This holiday season marks the 13th year the Parlor opened it’s doors to the denizens of stylish folks on Capitol Hill. Our official opening day (had to go back and look it up) was the day after Thanksgiving, Friday November 22nd, 2001. We’ve come a long way, baby! In the meantime we’ve moved to Phinney Ridge and back, expanded and opened up a Bridal Boutique, jumped on the social media network bandwagon, and many a fashion show later we’re still here.
