The seamed waistline sits atop super wide legs that hug your hips and flow dramatically to the floor while you dance the night away! 90% polyester 10% spandex shell; 95% polyester 5% spandex lining. Dry clean or spot clean recommended. Measurements taken flat, fabric has great stretch.
