Well, we loved the ruffle top so much Nooworks decided to celebrate with a full ruffle dress. This three-tiered delight has the same trademark ruffle cap sleeve and of course hidden pockets. Made in stretch cotton poplin featuring artwork by Lydia Ortiz. 97% cotton, 3% spandex, made in the USA. Care instructions: turn inside out and wash in cold water to preserve the print color, hang or lay flat to dry. Measurements are taken flat.
