SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 4 – Woo Commerce
Our WooCommerce store is hosted at Flywheel. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases, and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help you with any questions whatsoever. All US and domestic orders can be returned or exchanged within 10 days. Please see below for procedures.
TO RETURN or EXCHANGE: If you wish to make a return, your first step is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange and any other details you wish to provide such as improper fit, etc. Please wait to hear back from us with a return approval code before packing up your items. We try to be quick to reply. You then make your own label at USPS.com or go to a USPS location and pay for a new label. Exchanges and returns are paid for by the customer. Once we receive your item, it will be refunded to your original payment, this will take 3-5 days to show up on your account. For an exchange, we will ship your exchanged item to you free of charge.

Pretty please pack up your items in the original packaging and include your return approval code on your packing slip. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery of your item. If a return is received up to 10 days after this 10 day period, a store credit will be issued. After this 20 day period, returns will no longer be accepted. Also, any items that arrive damaged, worn, or without tags are not eligible for return and will be refused.
EXCHANGES: Any items that are being exchanged will be sent out after we receive the item you are returning. For returned items eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original method of payment when we receive the item.
CONDITION: Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept a return if it does not meet these criteria.
International Customers: At this time we are unable to offer international shipping due to Covid 19, nor can we offer returns or exchanges because of the turnaround time. We are also not responsible for any charges such as customs fees that occur for International Orders. Please note that once an international package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for it. Any lost or damaged packages are not our responsibility.
